This production line is mainly composed of the following equipment      

1.Raw material storage tank: 

Dry mortar production line used for storage of bulk materials such as cement, fly ash, sand.   This  case USES the domestic commonly used 50 tons or 100 tons of cement  warehouse (client selection) as raw materials warehouse,   generally USES  cement, fly ash, sand three raw materials warehouse.   Cement,  fly ash using tanker loading, sand the bucket on the material.      

2. Sand drying device:      
   

Used to the wet sand drying, the system includes feeder, bucket machine, hot  blast stove, dryers, sieve, dust, cooling, conveying, and improvement  of equipment.      Customers can choose according to actual situation sand making machine.      
     

3. Ingredients device:      
  

By  the hopper JiLiangCheng, screw conveyor, discharging device, force sensing device, computer control system.  Its  according to different raw materials formula will automatic metering,  reduce labor intensity and environmental pollution,  and ensure the  quality of dry mortar products.           

4. The hybrid system:    

The  requirement of dry mortar mixer is: mixing, no dead angle, equipment wear, feeding speed. Our company use the biaxial zero gravity mixing machine as the main mixing machine.  Mixing, high efficiency, short time. 5. Powder packing machine:  

Dry  mortar used in valve bag packaging machine is more, due to valve bag packaging without seam, as long as one operator.  With advantages of high yield, high efficiency and reduce labor.       

6. Dust collector:  

 
Used  for recovery of dry mortar production line in the dust, conducive to environmental protection. Dust mouth is located in the cement silos, hoist position such as feeding mouth, filling machine.       

7.  Transmission and improve the system:   

Used in the production line of silo in conveying means has:  horizontal and  vertical transmission, horizontal conveyor can  use screw conveyor, vertical conveyor generally adopts the bucket elevator, electric hoist  may be adopted.      

8. Automatic industrial control system by PLC industrial control,   high electric cabinet, touch screen, computer, etc.
